Support Website Changes

To help serve our customers and the community at large better, we’ve made a few changes to this site:

  • We’ve added a user forum and given access to the general public. If questions are posed here (either about SIF in general or about our products), we’ll try our best to answer them within 24 hours.
  • For our customers, we’ve added sections where you can access new updates and patches (after you log into the site). You can also access the latest documentation for all our products (which is being added to daily).
  • We continue to add new articles about the implementation of SIF in the US, UK and in Australia.

Local Access Phone Numbers

We have also added two local phone numbers for support or if you have questions about any of our products or services:

  • In London, UK:  +44 (0) 20 8816 8012
  • In Melbourne, AU:  +61 3 9018 5081
  • in Philadelphia, US: +1 (215) 493 8210
  • You may also reach us through Skype at: VisualSI

Visual Software at BETT 2010

Visual Software will be exhibiting BETT 2010at BETT 2010 and giving live SIF demonstrations from stand B20 with our newest UK partner, Dell. If you are attending the show, please feel free to stop by, say hello and see SIF in action.

We will be demonstrating our Veracity™ product being used to feed a SIF zone that will automatically register learners in a Moodle implementation.

In a second zone, we will use Mimic™ to automatically watch for changes made to an export (CSV) file and publish events that correspond to those changes.

Welcome

This site contains current documentation for Visual Software products in HTML format.  We keep our documentation here instead of printing it in paper manuals for two reasons:

  • This allows us to make changes to the documentation more quickly and get those changes to you as soon as possible.
  • We’ve caused enough trees to be cut down already – no sense in adding to that number.

This site also allows you to send you comments back to us or add your experiences to these documents.  At the bottom of each document is a place where, if you are a registered user, you can add comments to the document yourself. We’ve made this system so that you need to have an account name and password to view the documents. This allows you to have access from anywhere, but allows us to restrict access to only our customers and those involved in the Australian pilots. To create an account name, click the ‘Register’ link to the right and follow the instructions. We hope that you find this repository helpful.
