Access to product information is generally available whereas pricing information and the ability to order from this site is limited to those who have accounts.  To create an account, follow the "My Account" link at the top right of this page, then choose the option to "Create an Account".  Once you've entered basic information, someone at Visual Software will enable your account, allowing you to log in with the account name and password you chose.  Once you've logged in, you will be able to enter other information about yourself, such as address and phone number that will be needed before you place an order.

Once you're in, you will start off in the US (United States) store.  If you are a visitor from outside the US, choose your country from the drop down box at the bottom of the screen.  If you are not logged in, not too much will change (except some of the products that we offer in the UK but not in the US will appear for UK customers).  If you are logged in, prices will automatically be adjusted according to the currency of the country you selected.

You may use this site to order with a purchase order or to pay by check.  When you get to the point when you've selected what you are viewing your shopping cart, you will be given the option to:  "Proceed to Checkout."  "Proceed to Checkout" is used for ordering through Purchase Order or Payment by Check.

Ordering by Credit Card, PayPal or Wire Transfer

Orders may now be placed using MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover or wire transfers using the PayPal system. You do not need to be a PayPal member to use this service; if you are not, when you get to the PayPal checkout screen, simply choose to make your purchase as a guest.
